NEW TEAM MEMBER, ERICA! We are so pumped to welcome Erica to the On the Trail Team! Erica joins On The Trail after moving to the North Shore from Boulder CO, where she and her dogs enjoyed running the trails for hours. With a background in agriculture, (milking cows and tending pigs, sheep, and chickens) Erica has a comfort and confidence with animals of all sizes and temperaments. She cares deeply about animal welfare and loves staying active. She currently has three lovable rescue dogs at home. we are really excited that such a super skilled (and gentle & kind) person wants to join the team! The pack already loves her!
NEW TEAM MEMBER, KORI!️ We are so excited to welcome Kori to the On the Trail team! With a background in animal care, behavior and training, Kori really looks forward to working (and playing!) with the pack. As a long time animal lover, Kori’s experiences range from growing up working on her family’s farm in Upstate NY, to her current career as a zookeeper here in Massachusetts. She loves all animals, big and small, from those that are fluffy and cute to the “creepy crawlies”! Besides her two cats at home, she enjoys spending time with all of her critters at the zoo and meeting new pups on the trail. Kori truly enjoys being active and outdoors as much as possible, and loves to romp around the woods with playful pups. We are so lucky to have her on board and sharing her skill set with us and the pups!

Kim Nolan comes to On the Trail, as a former farmer. She spent many years caring for various livestock: goats, sheep, horses, rabbits, pigs and more. Kim's most recent venture was an organic poultry farm in Ipswich, MA. Kim misses the daily interaction of caring for plants and animals of all shapes and sizes. Whether you have a big farm, small homestead, or family pets, she would be a great match!
Ania Gruca is a young professional living in Beverly, MA. She is currently managing a small gourmet grocer and cafe. In her spare time Ania studies herbalism, gardening, and enjoys spending time in nature. She has always loved nature and animals, having been surrounded by animals since childhood. Ania has a loveable cat, Molly, and spends lots of time caring for the pets of coworkers and friends. Ania has been a resource for many, staying in their homes to facilitate comfort and care in their home environment. She has a trusting and flexible personality, which makes her a great fit for short transitions and new settings. Ania is a great as a caretaker for On the Trail.
Trish Stefanko comes to On the Trail with experience as an RN, MT, environmental educator, and farmer. She has loved animals her whole life, and is happiest when with them. Trish puts high value on being healthy and active. She is a reasonable, reliable, responsible person. Trish currently lives in New Hamphire, but we are always looking for an excuse to get her to Cape Ann. Trish prefers shorter stays (week or less), as she has gardens to tend and people to care for. Trish is a delightful addition to our team and an asset to our community.
Mya Wilke is a high school wellness teacher who enjoys taking care of pups in her free time. A former organic farmer, she loves having a canine companion on hikes and beach trips.
